The identity of prey clones was derived from a screen using BRG1-specific baits. BRG1-specific baits were cloned into a DNA-binding domain vector (pGBT.superB) and transformed into PNY200 yeast. Bait yeasts were mated with MATa yeast containing cDNA prey libraries prepared from human brain, spleen, or breast cancer/prostate cancer.
