Bilobol inhibits the LPS-induced increased in ROCK2 expression. Protein expression levels of ROCK2 and RhoA induced by LPS or/and bilobol in the HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. Whole cell extracts were immunoprecipitated and protein expression was detected using ROCK2 and RhoA antibodies. GAPDH expression served as the loading control.
