Following the definitions in Eq (4) the coefficients (A) $C_i^{cyc}$, (B) $C_i^{mid}$, (C) $C_i^{in}$ and (D) $C_i^{out}$ are shown. For each coefficient two motifs contribute which are indicated by the three large black links and the three small gray links, respectively.
