(A) Artificial stimulation with high temperature induced the cot seizure phenotype. (B) Behavioral response to high temperature in the cot/cot, cot/+, and +/+ strains. cot/cot larvae display the epilepsy phenotype at 35 °C; cot/+ larvae displayed the phenotype at 45 °C.
