Columns 1–13 contain the protein acronym (Name), coding sequence (CDS), Vitis proteome 12× ID, GenBank ID, chromosome location (Chr), strand (str), gene length, number of introns and exons, protein length, estimates of molecular weight, and isoelectric point of the protein (pI) for each gene are given.
