Syt-1 and Syt-9 modulate APP processing and Aβ levels in CHO cells. a Western blot analysis of CHO cells stably co-expressing Syt-1 or Syt-9 with APP shows a significant increase in APP-CTFs, sAPPα and sAPPβ levels as compared to the control CHO-APP cells.
