WT and CCR4-/- mice were subjected to sham or CLP surgery, and on day 4 after surgery, the spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes were collected for Tregs purification. Splenocytes from naïve mice were stained with CFSE for proliferation assay. Tregs and splenocytes were co-incubated (1:4) for 96 h in the presence of anti-CD3 and anti-CD28, and the cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. These data are representative of two different experiments (n = 3 for each experiment).
