(A,B) A549 and SPC-A1 cells were incubated under normoxia or hypoxia with or without cisplatin for 12 h. Proteins were extracted and subjected to western blot using Beclin-1, p-Beclin-1, p62 and LC3 antibody (A). (BE) The relative Beclin-1, p-Beclin-1, p62 and LC3-II expressions were quantified by detecting densitometry. Data were shown as the means ± SD. **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001. All studies were representative of three independent experiments. Blot images were cropped for comparison.
