B16 cells were transduced with either GFP or IRGM1-GFP lentiviral vectors. (a,b) Cells (2 × 10⁵ cells) were intravenously inoculated into C57BL/6 mice. The mice were scarified at day 15 to evaluate the ability of metastasis by counting the number of tumor nodules in the lungs. (c,d) GFP or IRGM1-GFP B16 melanoma cells were injected into left cardiac ventricle. Mice were scarified at day 5. GFP⁺ B16 cells in the lung were counted by Image J.
