Overall base-substitution (A) and indel mutation rates (B) separated into 100-kb (outer), 25-kb (middle), and 5-kb (inner) bins extending clockwise from the origin of replication (oriC) to reveal broad and local properties of intragenic variation in mutation rates of B. cenocepacia.
