Pipeline for generating a model of a neuronal network. Individual neurons are traced from the original electron microscopy images. The tracings are then exported in OBJ format using 3D Viewer in TrakEM2. The neurons are modeled in Blender using Python scripts. Synaptic connections are subsequently integrated into the model
