(a–c) wild-type (WT) or CDKN2A^−/− Teff-STAT5CA injected in Rag-1^−/− B10.D2 mice were recovered 25 days later from pooled lymph nodes and spleen recipients. (a) CD8 KLRG1^lo and KLRG1^hi cells were purified and quantitative RT-PCR were performed. Naive CD8 T cells are included as control. Ratios of 2^−ΔCt values normalized to that of CD8 naive T cells are shown. The mean ± SD of three independent experiments performed in duplicates is reported. (d–f) Surface (CD8, KLRG1 and CD244) and intracellular (Lamin A/C) stainings were performed on the same cell subpopulation as in (a).
