qRT-PCR analysis of KLK3 and CYP1B1 transcripts. Total RNAs were isolated and quantitative RT-PCR was performed to determine the mRNA expression of KLK3 and CYP1B1 in the prostate cancer cell lines. mRNA levels were normalized using L-19 which serves as an internal control.
