Evaluation of DNA fragmentation by flow cytometry in B65 cells treated with Li+ (1–15 mM) and SB-415286 (5–44 μM). The percentage of nuclei with subdiploid peak (apoptotic peak) was about 15% for Li+ 15 mM and about 81.51% for SB-415286 44 μM, both at 24 hrs of treatment. Statistical significance was determined by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey's tests: *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01,***P < 0.001 versus control.
