After 1.1 μg of the purified LepB (solid circles) or LepA (open circles) was incubated at 30°C for 20 min in the presence of various concentrations of urea, guanidine-HCl, or SDS, as indicated, the amidolytic activities against Bz-Lys-pNA were measured in the presence of the same denaturant at a given concentration.
