The db/m mice were intragastrically administrated daily with normal saline containing 0.01% DMSO, as the vehicle, for four weeks (normal control). The db/db mice were intragastrically administrated daily with vehicle (vehicle control) or ZG02-ME, respectively, for four weeks. The blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were measured as described in the methods.
