Transcript levels were assayed at (A) 72 hpf and (B) 2 wpf. The graphs represent the mean fold change in transcript copy number ± S.E.M of one representative experimental replicate (n = 4). A 1-way ANOVA or a Kruskal-Wallis ANOVA on Ranks was used to determine if there was a significant effect of deltamethrin exposure on transcript levels where appropriate. * indicates a significant difference versus control as determined by Holm-Sidak or Dunn’s post hoc analyses where appropriate (P ≤ 0.05).
