Camphor titrations. Camphor was titrated in WT P450cam (1.6 μM), P450cam E195C/A199C (1.4 μM), and P450cam E195C/A199C CLaNP-7 (1.0 μM), and the changes in the electronic absorbance spectrum were measured under conditions of 20 mM KPi and 100 mM KCl (pH 7.4) at room temperature.
