Note. The parameter sets are produced by the combinations of the parameters, a, η, z/a, and po. The combinations involving sz depend on the values of a and z/a. For parameter set 1, when a is 0.1, sz is 0.02 or 0.06, when a is 0.2, sz is 0.02 or 0.08. For parameter set 2, for all combinations of the other parameters, one set has sz=0.02. When z/a=0.5 and a=0.1, one parameter set has sz=0.08 and when z/a=0.5 and a=0.2, another parameter set has sz=0.08. When z/a=0.3 or z/a=0.7, the only value of sz is 0.02.
