(a) RAW264.7 cells were transduced with lentivirus-encoding Cas9 and guide RNA targeting murine Rnf145 (or intergenic control). Where indicated, complementary DNA rescue was performed with human RNF145 (or GFP control). Oxidative burst was monitored by luminol chemiluminescence.
