(A) Localization of M-CSFR, TRAF6, c-SRC, and GM1 ganglioside in the lipid raft (fractions 3–5) or non-raft fractions (fractions 7–9) in RAW 264.7 cells cultured in medium only (control) or in the presence of 50 ng/ml RANKL or RANKL+NB-DNJ in 48-well plates for 4 days. Representative blots from 3 separate experiments are shown. (B) Overnight serum-starved OCs stained with anti-NFATc1 and anti-mouse–Alexa Fluor 546 and viewed by immunofluorescence microscopy.
