bp3009 was used to amplify the CgHIS3 cassette, p3122 was used to amplify the CEN4-CgLEU2 cassette, p3008 was used to amplify the CgLEU2 cassette and YCp50 was a URA3 centromeric plasmid whose length was 7.8 kb.
