Effects of 14-3-3γ overexpression on lactation-associated proteins in LPS-induced DCMECs. DCMECs were pre-transfected with pGCMV-IRES-EGFP-14-3-3γ or pGCMV-IRES-EGFP. After 24 h, the cells were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 24 h.
