There were no ECG changes among rats in the NC group (a, b). Rats in the SC group showed an elevated T-wave in lead Ⅱ (c, d) and an inverted T-wave in lead Ⅰ (e, f). Rats in the SM group exhibited an inverted T-wave in lead Ⅰ (g, h). ECGs were recorded with a paper speed of 75 mm/sec, and the sensitivity was adjusted so that 1mV was equivalent to a 20mm deflection.
