Purification of the nsp14–nsp10 complex. During coexpression in E. coli, nsp10 was expressed in excess of nsp14. The nsp14–nsp10 complex was separated from the excess nsp10 by HiTrap S ion-exchange chromatography. Nsp10 did not bind to the column (Peak 1).
