Plasma levels of SDF-1/CXCL12 after Grifola gargal extract (GGE) administration in normal mice. Normal mice received varying doses of GGE by intraperitoneal injection twice a week for 4 weeks. The plasma level of SDF-1/CXCL12 was significantly increased only in mice treated with 10 mg/kg of GGE. Bars indicate the mean±SEM. Statistical analysis was performed by ANOVA with post hoc analysis using Fisher's predicted least significant difference test.
