(A) Vero cells mock infected or infected with wild-type HSV-1(F), YK545 (ΔUL47), or YK546 (ΔUL47-repair) at an MOI of 3 were fixed at 18 h postinfection, permeabilized, stained with anti-p32 antibody or anti-ICP8 antibody, and examined by confocal microscopy. (B) Vero cells mock infected or infected with wild-type HSV-1(F) at an MOI of 3 were fixed at 18 h postinfection, permeabilized, stained with anti-p32 antibody or anti-lamin A/C antibody, and examined by confocal microscopy.
