Expression of genes associated with cell adhesion, cytoskeleton organization, and cell motility. 786-0 cells were transiently transfected with SLFN5 siRNA or control siRNA, and expression of PCDHGB2, PCDHB11, PPL, JUP, KIF1C, and TPM4 was measured by real-time RT-PCR, using a GAPDH primer as a control. Data are expressed as the fold change over control cells and represent means ± standard errors of results from two independent experiments for TPM4 and three independent experiments for all other genes.
