Combined effect of Ad-porcine IFN-αγ and Ad-porcine 3siRNA at various MOIs in IBRS-2 cells. IBRS-2 cells were inoculated with recombinant adenoviruses at increasing MOIs (0.0001, 0.001, and 0.01) 18 h before FMDV infection. FMDV (O/SKR/2002, 200 TCID₅₀) was used to infect the cells after the inocula were removed. The supernatant was collected at 48 h after FMDV infection and analyzed by extracting RNA and performing real-time RT-PCR. Ad-null control-treated cells were used as a negative control.
