NP samples were collected from age-matched healthy Spn-colonized asymptomatic children and children with AOM. The levels of pneumococcal specific to total IgG and IgA (ng/μg) were compared between children with Spn AOM and children with asymptomatic Spn colonization (panels A and B), and between children with Spn AOM and children with non-Spn AOM (panels C and D) susing Mann-Whitney Test.
