Effect of mannose on PPARγ, MR, and TGF-β1 expression in lungs of ALI mice. Mice randomly received a saline solution or mannose by intravenous injection in the tail vein 5 min before and 3 h after intratracheal instillation of LPS (4 mg/kg).
