Effects of the overexpression of NPRL2 on cell cycle. Flow cytometric analysis revealed that the enforced expression of NPRL2 resulted in cell arrest in the G₁ phase of cell cycle and marginal decreases in the number of cells in the S and G₂ phases in the HCT116 and HT29 cells, compared with the mock-transfected and control groups.
