Spleens (A, B) and bone marrow (C, D,) of healthy (black bars, n = 3), immunized (lined bars, n = 4) and nephritic mice on day 7 (grey bars, n = 4) were evaluated for Ter119+Cxcr4+ cells by performing relative flow cytometry. The expression of Cxcl12 mRNA was evaluated by quantitative real-time PCR of total RNA from spleens and bone marrow of healthy, immunized and nephritic mice on day 7 (E).
