A. HIV/LPA induced upregulation of EMT/fibrosis markers fibronectin, Connective Tissue Growth factor (CTGF), Collagen I, α-SMA and Vimentin HRPTCS were treated with HIV/LPA for 72 h followed by cell lysate preparation and immunoblot analysis together with Control (CN) and Empty vector (EV). Quantified protein bands reported here as fold change, was calculated by densitometry with normalization to βactin expression and are shown in the Table (B).
