The relationship between TPP2 and ERK1/2 phosphorylation. TPP2 inhibition leads to a decrease of active phosphorylated ERK1 and ERK2 via inducing an activation of (1) nuclear phosphatases that dephosphorylate (-P) pERKs and/or a decrease of (2) nuclear kinase activity that targets ERK1 and ERK2.
