Gene order was determined according to their relative positions in the same chromosome or scaffold. Vertical lines indicate noncontiguous chromosomal regions. The phylogenetic tree was constructed using the coding sequences of Ddx3, Ddx3a, and Ddx3X from these species by Neighbor Joining method in MEGA6.
