The polynomial fits for the control and treated PRCs are shown as black and green lines, respectively. The polynomial fits indicate that the PRC is slightly delayed when the H current is blocked. Pharmacological blockade increases the mean squared error by a factor of approximately 5. PRCs were tabulated with a stimulus of 250 ms duration
