Aptamer precipitation (AP) with either SA43 or SA44 was performed with streptavidin agarose beads with protein extracts prepared from either U87MG or 1321N1. Whole-cell extracts (input) and aptamer precipitated proteins were analysed by immunoblotting (WB) using Ku 70 and Ku 80 antibody sequentially on the same blot. The control AP contained no aptamer and random aptamer (RA).
