A. Lysates from HCT116 colon cancer cells transduced to stably express an empty vector or MUC1-C were immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies. B. TAK1 mRNA levels in the indicated HCT116 cells were determined by qRT-PCR (left). The results are expressed as relative TAK1 mRNA levels (mean±SD of three determinations) as compared to that obtained for the HCT116/vector cells (left).
