(a) miR-21, let-7f, and miR-378a-3p expression levels in MCF-7, TamR, and LTED cells were determined by qPCR and normalized to RNU48 levels. Data are presented as mean ± SD. MCF-7 cells were transfected with anti-miR-378a-3p or negative control for 48 h. miR-378a-3p levels were determined by qPCR and normalized to RNU48 levels. Data are presented as mean ± SD in triplicates; **P < 0.01. (c) Knockdown of miR-378a-3p significantly increased MCF-7 cell growth in the presence of tamoxifen. Cells were transfected with anti-miR-378a-3p or negative control for 12 h, and then treated with 1 μM tamoxifen or vehicle.
