After 72 h of control (n = 10) or high fat diet (n = 10), animals were weighed and fasted for 2 h before sacrifice. Inguinal, epididymal, retroperitoneal, omental, and pericardial white adipose depots; subscapular brown adipose; and livers were dissected and weighed. Statistics were performed using t test.
