Fig. 2 — Analysis of TNF and mutein TNF07 on Western Blots under non-reduced and reduced conditions. Analysis on Western blot of TNF07 and sTNF under non-reducing conditions reveals sTNF (right lane) remains a monomer with approximate molecular weight (MW) of 25kD and the TNF07 (left lane) remains as a trimer with approximate MW of 75 kDa. With reduction, the stable TNF07 trimer becomes predominately a monomer with a 25kD MW (center lane)
