Expression of Fas antigen on T lymphocytes by activation. The percentage of T lymphocytes positive for Fas antigen was determined using flow cytometric immunufluorescence. Each data point represents the mean percentage ±SEM of T lymphocytes expressing Fas antigen from 5 newly-diagnosed AA, 5 normal controls and 5 AA in CR at the time intervals indicated.
