(C and D) Significantly escalated COX-2 gene expression levels 6–72 h after stimulation with maximum expression for TLR7⁺ PANC1 cells at 12 h (^**P<0.005, ^***P<0.05) and for TLR8⁺ PANC1 cells at 24 h (^*P<0.0001, ^**P<0.005, ^***P<0.05).
