61 year-old man with biopsy-proven recurrence of prostate cancer in the left apex and mid-gland 5 years and 6 months after treatment. Axial T2-weighted image (TE/TR 5000/96) shows a focal nodule of low signal intensity in peripheral zone of the left apex of the prostate (asterisk). Both readers interpreted it as a dominant tumoral lesion in left hemi-prostate.
