Effects of TUS on PI3K-Akt-eNOS signal pathway in HUVECs. Quantitative results of protein expression of eNOS, p-eNOS, p-Akt and total Akt. TUS promoted the expression of eNOS, p-eNOS, and p-Akt protein significantly. TUS-induced protein changes were significantly suppressed by LY294002 treatment.
