Knock-out of TLR2 and NF-κB inhibited Th17 increase after nerve xenografting. The Th17 cell population was increased after nerve xenografting compared to allografts in wild-type but not in TLR2-/- or NF-kB-/- mice, as observed by flow cytometry analysis. Data are presented as the mean ± SD and are representative of 3 experiments with similar results. (n=3-5, *p < 0.05 vs control wild type mice).
