Exponentially growing MDA-MB-231 (A), T47-D cells (B), and MCF7 (C) breast cancer cells were treated with and without the indicated concentrations of RCE for 24, 48 and 72 h. Viability monitored as described in Materials and Methods. Data represent the mean of five independent experiments carried out in triplicate. Statistical analysis for cell viability data was performed using using one-way ANOVA followed by LSD Post-Hoc test (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.005, ***p < 0.001).
