Inhibitory effect of Huaier on gastric cancer cell proliferation in vitro. The growth inhibitory effect of Huaier was measured using the MTT assay. (A) MKN45 and (B) SGC7901 cells were treated with different concentrations of Huaier (0, 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 mg/ml) for 24, 48 and 72 h. The experiments were performed in triplicate, and the data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation of three separate experiments.
