Fast association rate constant (K_on) and the dissociation rate constant (K_off) were averaged over three independent experiments. Data are presented as means ± standard deviation of three biological replicates. R² is the coefficient of determination estimating the goodness of curve fit reported by ForteBio Data Analysis software version 8.0. All the measurements were performed at 25°C. AIM, apoptosis inhibitor of macrophages; IGFBP-4, insulin-like growth factor binding protein-4.
